Patrick Mount

Patrick Mount has over 28 years of work experience in various roles within the education sector. Patrick started their career in 1991 as a High School Mathematics Teacher and Basketball Coach in the Weld RE-4 School District. Patrick then transitioned into roles such as TOSA for Technology & Staff Development and Technology Director within the same district. Patrick also worked as a Project Coordinator at Centennial BOCES before joining the Thompson School District. During their time at Thompson, they served as a Student Information Systems Analyst, Online Professional Development Specialist, and Data Fellow (Data Analyst). Since 2013, Patrick has been working at St. Vrain Valley Schools, where they have held positions such as Enterprise Applications Manager, Director of Information Technology, and currently as the Executive Director of Data and Analytics. Patrick is experienced in strategic planning, system development, data analysis, and staff training.

Patrick Mount has a strong education history with a focus on data, leadership, and mathematics. In 1988, they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder. Patrick went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Northern Colorado in 1997. In 2003, they completed the Principal Licensure Program in Educational Leadership and Administration, General at Colorado State University. In 2013, they attended Harvard University, where they participated in the Data Fellowship program with a focus on the Strategic Data Project. Additionally, in August 2019, Patrick obtained certification as a Certified Educational Technology Leader (CETL) from the Consortium for School Networking (CoSN).
