Arthur Rubin

Arthur Rubin is an accomplished technology consulting professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Technology Consulting and Senior Managing Consultant at STA Group since March 2002, Arthur also holds the position of CTO at AST since 2008. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at Bank of America from January 1997 to 2000 and working as a Software Engineer at Chicago Research and Trading from November 1994 to January 1997. Earlier in the career, Arthur was a Senior Electrical Engineer at Motorola from June 1982 to August 1992, where contributions included the research and development of voice encryption features for public service mobile radios. Educationally, Arthur Rubin earned an MBA in Strategic Management and International Management from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management (1989-1991) and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (1978-1982).
