Cong Yao

Cong (Cyndi) Yao is currently the Director of Project Management, CMC at STA Pharmaceutical. Prior to their current role, Cong (Cyndi) held positions such as Principal Scientist at Akebia Therapeutics, Senior Scientist at Johnson Matthey, and Scientist at Olon Ricerca Bioscience. Cong (Cyndi) has a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from The University of Toledo and has a strong background in analytical leadership and method development. Cong (Cyndi) also has experience as a Research Assistant at the university and as a Summer Intern at Abbott. Throughout their career, Cong (Cyndi) has focused on developing and validating chromatographic procedures and utilizing ionic liquids in various extraction techniques.
