Rob Zuilkowski

Rob Zuilkowski, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience in various industries. Rob is currently working as the Director, CMC Project Management at Dynavax Technologies since February 2023. Prior to that, from May 2022 to February 2023, they worked at Catalent Pharma Solutions in the roles of Manager, Commercial Operations and Senior Program Manager. Rob was responsible for managing Catalent's offerings to the business segment, establishing project governance, and maximizing revenue generation. From April 2021 to November 2021, they worked as a Program Manager at Catalent, managing multiple cross-functional teams and client relationships.

Before joining Catalent, Rob worked at IZI Medical from July 2019 to March 2021 as an Engineering Manager, where they led the integration and manufacturing start-up of two product family acquisitions. Rob also worked as a Process Engineer at ACell, Inc. from August 2016 to December 2018, where they were responsible for manufacturing technical lead and process development activities.

Rob's earlier experience includes roles at BD, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineer, Lean Leader, Manufacturing Development Program Engineer, Product Development Engineer, and Process Engineer in various divisions from 2011 to 2016. Rob gained experience in capital automation equipment, process improvements, project management, and product development.

Rob started their career as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Lighting Services Inc in 2008. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in project management, operations optimization, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Rob Zuilkowski, MBA, PMP holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business, which they obtained from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Aerospace Engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2011. Rob completed their high school education at Pearl River High School from 2002 to 2006.
