Purvi Ramani

Purvi Ramani has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Purvi is currently working as the Business Head - Key Relationships for STAAH since 2023. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2023, Purvi worked at Beyond Stay as the Chief Sales & Product Officer, where they played a critical role in the pre-launch operations of the start-up. Purvi formulated a successful business plan and achieved a revenue target of Rs 3.5 crore in the first financial year. Purvi also created innovative products for both B2C and B2B markets, such as holiday packages for popular destinations like Goa, Leh, and Kerala.

Before their time at Beyond Stay, Purvi served as a Senior Manager - Hotel & Holiday Sales at V Resorts from 2016 to 2019. At V Resorts, they were responsible for managing hotel and holiday sales. Prior to that, they worked at MakeMyTrip, starting as an Assistant Manager in 2011 and eventually moving up to Senior Executive - Retail Sales. During their time at MakeMyTrip, Purvi handled B2B operations and sales for the Gujarat and Rajasthan regions. Purvi also handled domestic queries and sold fixed departure products and FIT (Domestic and International) to clients across India through CSM operations. Purvi received recognition for their outstanding performance, winning the Rising Star award multiple times.

Purvi began their career at SpiceJet Limited in 2006 as a Senior Executive - Airport Services. Purvi handled various responsibilities, including managing the reservation counter, screening checked luggage and cargo, handling check-in counters, and ensuring smooth check-in processes. Purvi also handled HR duties for the AMD station, including monthly attendance, joining and exit formalities of employees, and maintaining staff records. Purvi was also involved in ramp operations and customer service at departure and arrival halls.

Overall, Purvi Ramani has a strong background in sales, product development, operations management, and customer service, with experience in both startup and established companies in the travel and hospitality industry.

Purvi Ramani's education history includes several educational experiences. In 2002, they attended H.A. College of Commerce and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree, which they completed in 2005. Following this, in 2005 and 2006, they attended Frankfinn Airhostess Training Institute and obtained a Diploma in Aviation, Hospitality & Travel Management. In 2010, they attended AMA University and earned a Diploma in Human Resource Management. The field of study for all these degrees is not mentioned.
