Constance Fay

Constance Fay has extensive experience in optical product development, metrology, and engineering in the ophthalmic industry. Constance has held various roles at companies such as STAAR Surgical, Bausch + Lomb, PowerVision Inc, Johnson and Johnson Vision Care, and has worked on projects involving intraocular lenses, contact lenses, and optical systems. Fay's expertise includes managing R&D teams, developing new products, improving production processes, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve high-quality products.

Constance Fay obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Optical Science and Engineering from the University of Arizona in 2005. Constance went on to achieve a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business from the same university in 2020. Additionally, in July 2017, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
