Dominique Hector

Dominique Hector has a strong background in customer service, with over 17 years of experience in various roles. Starting as an apprentice at Cendres+Métaux SA in 2004, they later transitioned to roles at HMT microelectronic, Dentsply Friadent, and currently, STAAR Surgical. At STAAR Surgical, Dominique has worked as a Customer Service Representative, Team Lead, and now as a Project Lead. Their experience showcases a consistent dedication to serving customers effectively and efficiently.

Dominique Hector holds a Certification in Business Administration from the School of Commerce Biel, earned between 2003 and 2006. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Dominique completed a Diploma in Youth Ministry at Hillsong International Leadership College. Most recently, between 2021 and 2022, Dominique obtained a CAS in Project Management from Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland.
