Warren Foust

Warren Foust has a diverse professional background, starting with their role as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Roche from 1999 to 2002. Warren then joined Aventis as a Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, where they focused on promoting an injectable anti-coagulant for the treatment and prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis. In 2004, Foust became the Area Vice President of Sales for DePuy Synthes Companies, overseeing the indirect distributor network for Joint Reconstruction and Power Equipment, as well as the direct employees for Trauma and Craniomaxillofacial. Warren'sresponsibilities included managing various regions across the United States. Foust then transitioned to Mentor Worldwide LLC in 2015, where they served as the Vice President of US Sales & Marketing before being promoted to Worldwide President in 2018. In 2019, they moved to Johnson & Johnson, becoming the Worldwide President of Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision. Currently, Foust holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at STAAR Surgical, where they collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and manufacture implantable lenses that aim to provide visual freedom and reduce reliance on glasses or contact lenses.

Warren Foust obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations with a minor in Business from The University of Alabama, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Warren further pursued their education at the same institution and graduated with a Master's degree in Marketing, with the period of study spanning from 1997 to 1999.
