Rixt Kooistra

Rixt Kooistra is a senior advisor in spatial planning and environmental affairs at StAB gerechtelijke omgevingsdeskundigen since March 2009. Previously, Rixt served as a working group secretary for the Commissie voor de milieueffectrapportage in April 2013 for a short term. From April 2001 to February 2009, Rixt held the positions of policy officer, project leader, and advisor in spatial planning at Provincie Zuid-Holland. Rixt holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Land Development Sciences with a specialization in cultural technology from Wageningen University & Research, completed between 1994 and 2000, and attended Christelijk Gymnasium Leeuwarden from 1988 to 1994.
