Michael Rebello

Michael Rebello has a diverse engineering background with significant experience in the asphalt industry and project management. Currently serving as Business Unit Manager, Operations Manager, and Project Engineer at Stabilised Pavements of Australia since April 2022, Michael previously held roles as Site Supervisor at COLAS Australia Group and Site Engineer at All Pavement Solutions. An earlier tenure as Undergraduate Site Engineer at COLAS Australia Group involved developing Traffic Control Plans and preparing surfacing designs per RMS specifications. Notably, Michael contributed to high-profile RMS projects as a Quality Assurance Representative during a stint at Tropic Asphalts. Michael's foundational experience includes customer service roles at McDonald's and Costco, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney.
