Nikhil Pinnaparaju

Nikhil Pinnaparaju is a Machine Learning Engineer at Stability AI since May 2023, with previous experience as a Machine Learning Engineer at Directly where significant improvements in Intent Classification were achieved. Prior to that, Nikhil worked at Microsoft as a Data and Applied Scientist, developing machine learning ranker models and personalization systems for Bing AutoSuggest, and as an intern focused on next-word prediction models. Nikhil’s career also includes roles at Nuance Communications as a Speech and Data Scientist, contributing to Automated Voice Assistants, and experience as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad. Educational background includes a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the same institution, along with a Developer position during Google Summer of Code.
