Prior to this, Zach was the owner and operator of ReachRN, a consulting service specializing in digital strategy, branding, marketing, and healthcare technology. Zach also worked as a Strategic Advisor at HealthStream, providing guidance on business development. Zach has experience as a Business Partner at Nurselifern Media, where they negotiated and managed business relationships for the Nurselifern brand. Zach was also responsible for marketing at BALA Nurse Shoes, leading the brand's growth through innovative strategies. Before transitioning into healthcare management roles, Zach worked at NurseGrid, first as Vice President of Nursing, then as Acting President & COO and Head of Marketing. Zach played a key role in the company's growth and secured funding for NurseGrid. Prior to that, Zach co-founded and managed a corporate video marketing agency called Provio Productions. In the beginning of their career, they worked as a Registered Nurse at Randall Children's Hospital, Providence Portland Medical Center, and Providence Everett Medical Center. Zach brings a wide range of skills and expertise to their current role, with experience in brand development, marketing, business consulting, and healthcare operations.
