Marcelo Freitas

Marcelo Freitas is a professional with extensive experience in purchasing and analysis within the manufacturing and industrial sectors. Currently serving in the role of South America Purchasing at Stabilus since September 2023, Marcelo previously held the position of Purchasing Analyst at Iveco Group from January 2022 to August 2023 and at CNH Industrial from June 2019 to December 2021, where responsibilities included report preparation and performance indicator consolidation. Early career stages included internships as a Purchasing Intern at CNH Industrial, focusing on process improvement, as a Production Planning and Control Intern at Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional, and as a Process Intern at the Prefeitura Municipal de Ouro Preto, enhancing process analysis and team management. Marcelo is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from UFOP - Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto, which has been ongoing since 2014.
