Stefan Bauerreis

Stefan Bauerreis serves as the CFO of Stabilus Gruppe, overseeing finance, accounting, controlling, treasury, taxes, IT, legal, and internal audit since June 2022. Prior to this role, Stefan held various senior financial positions at Schaeffler from September 2000 to May 2022, including CFO for the European region and CFO for Germany, where responsibilities encompassed financial organization, restructuring projects, and the development of a Financial Shared Service Center. Additionally, Stefan has experience as Vice President Corporate Accounting at Schaeffler, leading the preparation of consolidated financial statements and establishing intercompany transfer pricing systems. Early career experience includes working at Mannesmann Internal Audit Gm as an auditor in international projects. Academic qualifications include a Diplom Kaufmann from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg and further studies at Universitat de Barcelona.
