Ryan de Souza

Ryan De Souza is a seasoned professional in the fintech and stablecoin sectors, currently serving as Partnership Lead - APAC at Offchain Labs since June 2023, focusing on collaborations with fintechs and financial institutions to promote on-chain solutions using Arbitrum. As Co-founder and Ecosystem Lead at Stablecoin Standard, Ryan has been pivotal in driving institutional adoption and identifying practical applications for stablecoins since September 2022. Additionally, Ryan founded The FinTech Pulse to share insights on FinTech and Web3, with notable articles on DeFi and stablecoins. Previous roles include Business Development and OTC Trader at StraitsX and Investment Analyst at Scrum Ventures. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National University of Singapore and participated in the NUS Overseas Colleges program in Silicon Valley.
