Alexandra Nelson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in law enforcement, education, and firearms training. Currently serving as a Blue Team Member at Staccato since June 2021, Alexandra also holds the position of Adjunct Instructor at Northwestern University's Center for Public Safety. Prior to these roles, Alexandra served as a Police Sergeant and Patrol Officer for the Village of Arlington Heights, where responsibilities included crisis intervention and firearms training coordination. In addition to law enforcement, Alexandra is the President and Owner of Phoenix Firearms Training, Ltd., established in 2010, and an instructor at Vision for Change. Education credentials include a Master of Arts in Psychology from American Military University, a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and various certifications, including a Certified Crisis Intervention Specialist II (CCIS-II) from Growth Central.
