Graham Malings

Graham Malings is the current VP Health, Safety & Wellbeing for STACK EMEA at Stack Infrastructure. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Health & Safety for the Capital Projects division at Yondr Group from June 2021 to September 2022. From March 2016 to May 2021, Graham was the Associate Director - Health, Safety and Wellbeing for Mace, leading the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager for the International Contracting business unit. Graham has experience working as the Principal Contractor on four data centre campuses in the Netherlands, Ireland, Denmark & Belgium. Graham has a proven track record in leading HS&W teams of professionals on projects ranging in value from €200m - €300m. Their responsibilities include developing HS&W strategy with Senior Management endorsement, delivering impartial guidance to the Senior Management team, establishing, measuring and reporting H&S KPI’s, aligning clients HS&W strategy alongside the organisations, recruiting, developing and inspiring HS&W professionals, maintaining consistency and improving HS&W standards whilst appreciating local cultures, implementing behavioural programmes, reporting and communicating HS&W performance with client base, and reviewing and maintaining compliance of country specific legislation.
