Warren Hannigan has extensive experience in the IT service management sector, currently serving as the Head of Service at Stacked since April 2014, where responsibilities include leading Service Delivery strategy and implementing continuous improvements through ITIL and ISO frameworks. Previously held roles at Stacked include Support Desk Manager, Support Desk Supervisor, and Level 2 Tech Support, with a focus on team performance, training, and optimizing service systems in the Managed Print and Digital Solutions industry. Prior to joining Stacked, Warren worked as an IT Engineer at Bryan S Ryan from 1999 to 2007.
