Eryn Muetzel

Eryn Muetzel has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Eryn is currently the VP of Product Management at Stacklok since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at VMware, where they held various positions including Senior Director of Product Management for the Kubernetes platform and Director of Product Management. Eryn also worked as a Senior Product Line Manager at VMware. Eryn has experience in making Kubernetes accessible and driving product strategy for SaaS offerings and open source tools. Before joining VMware, they worked at Heptio, which was subsequently acquired by VMware, and played a crucial role in building the product marketing function from scratch and later transitioning to product management. Eryn also worked at Mesosphere, Inc., focusing on go-to-market strategy for big data and analytics use cases. Earlier in their career, they worked at Ernst & Young as a Manager in Commercial Advisory Services, where they advised PE and Fortune 500 clients on growth strategy and portfolio optimization. Eryn started their career as an Associate Analyst at NERA Economic Consulting.

Eryn Muetzel pursued a BA in Economics at Carleton College from 2002 to 2006. Later, they completed their MBA with a focus on Strategic Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2012 to 2014.
