Iris De Mol has extensive experience in various roles within the field of social work and education. Starting as a trainee at DEN TEIRLING in early 2013, Iris continued to gain experience through internships at SPES buitengewoon basisonderwijs and NATURE [Outdoor Training & Education] in 2013 and 2015, respectively. From 2017 to 2021, Iris worked as a staff member for both elderly policy and local social policy at VVSG. Currently, Iris serves as the project coordinator for WEB at Stad Gent since October 2022. Iris holds a Master's degree in Agogische wetenschappen from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, a Bachelor's degree in Orthopedagogie from Odisee, and has also studied child welfare and creative methods in social work at Høgskolen i Oslo og Akershus, achieving notable distinctions in each program.
