Mieke Hullebroeck

Mieke Hullebroeck serves as the Algemeen Directeur for Stad en OCMW Gent since April 2015, overseeing the HR departments of both organizations. Previous experience includes leading multiple supporting divisions at OCMW Gent from March 2012 to March 2015 and various roles at Belgacom Group from April 2007 to February 2012, such as Strategic Human Capital Manager and International HR Business Partner. Mieke began the career as a Management Trainee at Belgacom in 2004. Mieke holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources, along with degrees in Academic Teacher's Education and Clinical Psychology from Ghent University, and completed further education at institutions including Guberna and Vlerick Business School.
