Mathieu van de Sompel

Mathieu Van de Sompel is a highly experienced communication professional and graphic designer, currently serving as the Owner of mathieuvds.be since April 2013 and as Communication Coordinator for Stad Kortrijk since July 2014. Prior roles include Communications Manager at PLAY KORTRIJK (September 2017 - November 2018) and Communications Coordinator - Graphic Designer at Eliet Europe (June 2013 - July 2014). Mathieu’s early career featured positions in communication and marketing at Stad Waregem, internships at Duval Guillaume, and brand research at Brandspecies. Mathieu holds a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences from Ghent University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Management from HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen.
