Pieter Hermans

Pieter Hermans is currently serving as Sector Manager Ruimte at Stad Lommel since June 2023. Previous experience includes a role as Business Unit Manager for Smet Pile at Smet Group from June 2016 to April 2023, along with positions as Project Manager for the skybrudstunnel project in Copenhagen and Project Lead at SMET F&C, part of the SMET Group. Prior to that, Pieter worked as a Junior Civil Engineer at Besix from August 2012 to May 2016, gaining extensive experience in civil engineering projects. Early career roles include serving as a waiter at Hotel/Tennis Panorama and student positions at Nestle and Bergerat Monnoyeur Belgium. Pieter holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from KU Leuven, earned between 2007 and 2012.
