Wendy Molemans

Wendy Molemans serves as the Coordinator for Work & Social Economy at Stad Tongeren since May 2021, focusing on connecting employment and training needs within local enterprises to various labor market actors, developing tailored programs to enhance employment for individuals distanced from the labor market, and organizing information sessions and job fairs. Previously, Wendy worked at ABVV Limburg from January 2013 to May 2021 as an Educational Officer-Consultant, conducting collective information sessions and workshops for job seekers. From May 2006 to May 2012, Wendy held the position of Senior HR Advisor-Psychologist at ASAP HR Group, specializing in recruitment processes, competency assessments, and HR projects. Wendy also has teaching experience from CVO-STEP, where roles included instructing teacher training and pedagogy. Early career roles included working in sales and scientific research. Wendy holds multiple degrees from Universiteit Maastricht and Vrije Universiteit Brussel, with a Master's in Psychology and various qualifications in personnel management and labor quality.
