Dr. Markus Weik

Dr. Markus Weik currently serves as the Director of Communications for Germany at STADA Group since April 2024. Prior to this role, Dr. Weik held various positions at Deutsche Bank from October 2013 to March 2024, including Head of Communications for Wealth Management & CIO Germany, Head of Internal Communications for the Private Bank Germany, and Press Officer. Dr. Weik's earlier career includes serving as Associate Director at FTI Consulting Strategic Communications from 2007 to September 2013, and roles at Cision Deutschland GmbH as an Analyst, at PRIME Research as a Project Assistant, and at Frankfurt Galaxy as a PR Assistant. Dr. Weik earned a Dr. phil. in American Studies from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and holds a Master of Arts in American Studies, English Studies, and Sports from Universität Mainz, with prior education at The University of Kansas and Carlo-Schmid-Schule Hochheim.
