Lesly Couty is a seasoned professional in internal communications and content strategy, currently serving as Senior Manager of Internal Communications at STADA Group since October 2023. Previous roles include Content Strategist for Global Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience at adidas, where Lesly led the development of global strategies and campaigns, and freelance copywriter at Switch Collective focusing on engagement and acquisition. With a decade-long tenure at Ogilvy, Lesly gained extensive expertise in strategic planning and client management, collaborating with major brands such as Merck, Nestlé, and Coca-Cola.
