Marcus Heppner

Marcus Heppner is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Director of Legal Affairs for Global BDL and M&A at STADA Group since October 2020, Marcus previously held the position of Regional General Counsel for EuMEA at Nufarm and was a member of the Advisory Board at Zasso Group AG. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Global Legal at Grünenthal Pharma, where responsibilities encompassed leading a global legal team and managing legal affairs. Marcus's extensive experience also includes serving as Vice President of Global Legal at Merck KGaA and leading the legal department at Interactive Data Managed Solutions AG. Academic credentials include an Executive Program from INSEAD, as well as degrees in Economics and Law from Goethe University Frankfurt, complemented by the Second State Law Examination in Wiesbaden, Germany.
