Volker Sydow

Volker Sydow is the EVP of Global Consumer Healthcare at Stada Group. Prior to joining Stada Group, Sydow served as an advisor to the board for Sylphar nv and Viramal Limited. Volker also worked for Namier Capital Partners and Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). From 2010 to 2018, Sydow was the VP of Global Category Director Sexual Wellbeing at RB. During their time at RB, they led the company to become the #1 outperformer within RB’s portfolio of global powerbrands. Volker also developed Durex into RB's globally leading sustainability brand and acquired several condom and sexual wellbeing businesses, including KY - global #1 lubricant and market leader in the USA, Sico - #1 condom brand in Mexico, Jontex and Olla - #1 sexual wellbeing franchise in Brazil. Sydow has also been recognized for their work, receiving the 1st price for the best advertising campaign of the company in 2014. In addition, they founded the Global Advisory Board for Sexual Health & Wellbeing.

Volker Sydow has a MSc in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde, a Diplom Betriebswirt in Economics from the Berufsakademie Stuttgart, and Abitur / A-Levels from Gymnasium Lange Reihe in Bremen, Germany.
