Marcin Cieslak

Marcin Cieslak is an accomplished entrepreneur and athlete with extensive experience in the swimming and sports technology sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Phlex since March 2017, Marcin has focused on integrating technology into swimming, targeting the underdeveloped digital fitness market. In August 2016, Marcin founded 5Styl, a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating children about water safety and promoting aquatic sports, successfully raising over $200,000 for related projects. Marcin serves as a Judge for Stadia Ventures, contributing to the growth of early-stage investment in sports and esports technology. Additionally, Marcin is an athlete with the Cali Condors, competing in the International Swimming League, and has been a member of the Polish National Team from 2010 to 2021, representing Poland in various international competitions, including the 2012 London Olympics. Marcin also held the position of Portfolio Company Manager at leAD Sports & Health Tech Partners from December 2020 to August 2021. Marcin earned dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida in 2015.
