Urs Koller

Urs Koller has extensive experience in project management and leadership within the defense and engineering sectors. Since May 2018, Urs Koller has served as Projektleiter 3R at Stadler. Prior to this role, Koller was Geschäftsführer at KRAFTWERK Europe AG from January 2014 to April 2018. Koller’s earlier career includes significant positions at General Dynamics European Land Systems-Mowag, including Director of Customer Service and ILS, where leadership was demonstrated over two locations and approximately 90 employees. Additional roles include Head of ILS, Head of Technical Logistic Support, and Head of Technical Documentation at Buhler. Koller began the professional journey as a Technical Writer at General Dynamics Mowag. Koller’s educational background includes management training at Universität St.Gallen, The George Washington University, and Malik Management Zentrum St. Gallen.
