Nese Cetinkaya

Nese Cetinkaya has extensive experience in diversity management and quality assurance. Since January 2017, Nese has served as the Leiterin Fachstelle Diversity Management at Stadt Winterthur, following a role as Fachperson Chancengleichheit at Stadtverwaltung Winterthur from April 2012 to January 2017. Nese's earlier experience includes working at EMPA from May 1996 to March 2012, where responsibilities included financial management, administrative support, and quality management system development. Nese has also provided training in intercultural communication and gender management for upper management and various groups. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Corporate Development from ZHAW School of Management and Law and a Master's degree in Intercultural Communication/Management from IKF Institut für Kommunikationsforschung, Luzern.
