Sarah Wolfensberger

Sarah Wolfensberger has extensive experience in vocational education coordination, currently serving as Leiterin Berufsbildung at Stadt Winterthur since August 2009. In this role, Sarah oversees city-wide vocational training for 400 learners and leads a KV-Ausbildungsverbund for 45 learners, focusing on project management, implementation of vocational reforms, marketing, and quality management. Prior to this position, Sarah coordinated vocational training for various Migros Group brands with approximately 230 learners and held roles in HR administration and personal assistance at multiple organizations, including Deloitte and Huber+Suhner. Educational qualifications include a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Capital Management from ZHAW School of Management and Law and various certifications in adult education and HR management.
