Florian Winkler

Florian Winkler possesses extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a specialist in the development of energy-related business models at Stadtwerke Düsseldorf since January 2021. Prior to this role, Florian worked at EnergyCortex GmbH from July 2019 to January 2021, focusing on sales, product development, project management, and consulting services related to the optimization of product portfolios for energy suppliers. A significant project involved a master's thesis at ProCom GmbH, centered on business models for decentralized energy markets leveraging blockchain technology. Previous positions include roles at Trianel GmbH in sales, marketing, energy trading, and portfolio management. Florian also contributed to research on monetizing user data and blockchain at FIR an der RWTH Aachen. Florian holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Supply and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering, both from RWTH Aachen University.
