Tony (Bill) Trotter JR is a seasoned professional in the staffing industry, with extensive experience spanning over three decades. As the Founder and Member Partner of Staff Right Solutions, LLC since December 2003, Trotter has established a recruitment firm specializing in providing candidates access to competitive full-time employment through a transparent temp-to-hire model. Prior to this, Trotter held significant leadership roles including Vice President at Integrated Staffing, Inc., and Joule Inc., and Region Manager at Norrell Staffing (Spherion) and Archer Management Services, Inc. Trotter holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Albright College, earned between 1975 and 1980.
