Simon Reichert

Global Director, Demand Generation at Staffbase

Simon Reichert has a diverse work experience with various roles in digital marketing and sales. Simon started their career in 2015 as a Sales Associate at MINDBODY, Inc., where they ran outbound sales in the DACH region and was responsible for prospecting and scheduling demo appointments.

In 2017, Simon worked as a Marketing & Sales Manager and later as a Junior Consultant at twentyZen GmbH, where they played a key role in developing and implementing the inbound marketing strategy for webZunder, a B2B SaaS social media management software.

Simon then founded Faded Fashion Magazine in 2017, where they served as the Editor-in-Chief and Founder. In this role, they were responsible for content planning and production, SEO, affiliate partnerships, and customer acquisition.

In 2018, Simon co-founded digitalinstinkt®, an agency and freelance business. Simon built and scaled a customer base of B2B clients and was responsible for signing and consulting clients on marketing strategy, web design, SEO, paid media, email marketing, and marketing automation.

Simon joined Staffbase in 2019, starting as a Team Lead, Digital Marketing. Simon established the inbound and digital marketing function at Staffbase and was responsible for various digital marketing channels and tactics.

Simon then progressed to become the Head of Digital Marketing at Staffbase, where they scaled up and grew the specialized digital marketing function. In this role, Simon was responsible for all digital marketing channels and tactics, including website optimization, SEO, paid media, CRM, and email marketing.

Currently, Simon is the Global Director, Demand Generation at Staffbase, where they established and rapidly scaled the demand generation department. Simon is responsible for leading and transforming the way the company creates and captures B2B demand across various digital marketing channels, buying stages, and verticals.

In addition to their professional experiences, Simon is also a member of Pavilion since 2021, further extending their network and involvement in the industry.

Simon Reichert attended Hult International Business School from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Business Administration and Marketing. Prior to that, they completed their International Baccalaureate Diploma from Dresden International School, covering various subjects. In addition, they hold several certifications in fields such as Account Based Marketing, Internal Communications, Project Management for Marketers, The Coaching Leader, and Leadership Excellence, which were obtained in 2023.
