Stephanie Dominy

Stephanie Dominy serves as the General Counsel for Staffbase since June 2023, focusing on mobile-first employee communication solutions. Dominy has extensive experience in legal consulting for early-stage companies, having previously worked as a Senior Consultant at Seven Legal and as a Visiting Fellow at ZINC. Prior roles include General Counsel and Company Secretary at Snyk, where guidance was provided on legal and risk management for a high-growth tech company, and ownership of Dominy Legal, specializing in building legal functions in small and medium-sized businesses. Additional experience includes interim legal leadership at Cloudreach and significant roles at Kuoni Group and Travelport, where strategic legal support was provided across various domains such as contract law and compliance. Stephanie holds an LLB from King's College London and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Store Street.
