Sean Boyce

Sean Boyce has a wealth of experience in the technology and engineering industries. Sean began their career in 2004 as a Systems Engineer at Comcast. Sean then moved to Sunoco as a Network Engineer in 2005. In 2007, they joined Vanguard as a Software Engineer and Automation Engineer. That same year, they also began working at Delta Energy Services as the Chief Operating Officer. In 2014, Sean was a Software Engineer at both OnCourse Systems for Education and Datatrade Solutions Inc. Sean then founded StaffGeek in 2014, and Podcast Chef in 2020. Most recently, they founded NxtStep Consulting in 2009 and Bottleneck Buster in 2022.

Sean Boyce completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Engineering from Drexel University in 2007, followed by a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in New Ventures and Entrepreneurial Studies from Penn State University in 2010.
