Hope Porter, RN, Esq. has significant work experience in various leadership roles. Hope started their career in 1996 as the Assistant to Dean for Legal Affairs at Coppin State University, where they worked until 2003. Hope then became the Owner of Interim HealthCare until 2009. From 2009 to the present, they have been the President and CEO of Staffing Etc. In 2015, they took on the role of CEO at Jourve.

Hope Porter, RN, Esq., completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nursing Science from Howard University from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law from 1988 to 1991, earning their Doctor of Law (JD) degree. During their time in law school, their field of study focused on Health Law.
