Kristy Napier is an experienced professional with a background in office management, writing, and project management. Currently serving as the Office Manager at Staffing Solutions Enterprises since March 2019, Kristy also writes for the Heights Observer since February 2009. Previously, Kristy worked as a Project Manager at Visiting Angels Cleveland, overseeing projects related to talent acquisition, schedule management, and document revisions. As a Brand Representative for the Cleveland Transformation Alliance, Kristy led a team in marketing campaigns for local schools and utilized survey data for strategy optimization. Earlier experience includes serving as a News Reporter for The Sun Press, focusing on stories in Cleveland Heights and Shaker Heights.
