Kari R. Parks

Kari R. Parks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organic agriculture, marketing, and community engagement. Since January 2019, Kari has served as Principal at FLOURISH Organic Farms in Snohomish County, Washington, focusing on organic flower farming and sustainable beekeeping for direct and wholesale markets. Kari has also worked with CLIF Bar & Co. since 2004, holding roles from Field Marketing Crew to NW Field Marketing Crew Captain, where responsibilities included implementing grassroots marketing programs and fostering community relationships. Additional experiences include substitute roles in education, property management, tour guiding, and patient services, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts & Science in Marketing from Everett Community College.
