Jason Baum is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and corporate development. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Strata Identity since October 2020, Jason has played a critical role in shaping the company's organizational culture and enhancing the employee experience within the cybersecurity sector. As Managing Partner at Multiplier Partners and Managing Director at Staffing Venture Capital, Jason provides strategic technology consulting and workforce planning initiatives. Jason's previous roles include recruiting management at Nova Measuring Instruments and Marketo, as well as founding Sherman & Baum, Inc., a staffing solutions agency. Jason holds a BS in Computer Science from San Jose State University.
