Stacey Lane is the Chief Operating Officer for Staffmark Group. She drives the strategic direction, business operations, and execution for eight major staffing brands and is a driving force behind Staffmark Group’s transformation as a data-driven organization with a human touch at its core. Lane has a proven track record of leading high-performance teams, creating a strong workplace culture, and developing people, and she brings a pioneering attitude to business challenges. She bets on a people-first strategy and focuses on delivering customer experiences that are the best in the industry, which has resulted in high levels of customer loyalty and client satisfaction.

Lane is a trusted advisor and thought leader with more than 27 years of staffing industry experience and was named to the SIA Global 150 – Women in Staffing list, which celebrates the most influential women in the staffing industry in both 2019 and 2020, and she is committed to the advancement of women in leadership and diversity and inclusion. She is active in the Women in Leadership Council through the American Staffing Association and volunteers at Second Harvest Food Bank and Coachella Valley Rescue Mission. She is a Certified Staffing Professional with the American Staffing Association.
