Nick Jenkins has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Nick started their career as a Department Manager at Sainsbury’s in 1985 and later moved to Tesco PLC as a Department Manager. In 1996, they returned to Sainsbury’s as a Department Manager and subsequently joined Greggs PLC as a Regional Technical Manager in 1999. In 2000, they began working at Randstad, where they held multiple roles including Recruitment Consultant/Account Specialist, Key Account Manager, Projects & Implementation Manager, Process Manager, and Concept Manager. In 2013, they joined Blue Arrow as a Client Relationship Director before transitioning to the role of Client Resourcing/Productivity Director. From 2015 onwards, Nick Jenkins worked at Stafforce Recruitment as a Business Improvement Consultant, followed by a promotion to Head of Change, where they led and directed the Change Team to deliver business innovation and improvement services to clients. Throughout their career, Nick has demonstrated expertise in business improvement, client relationship management, and leadership.
