Kristen Boothe

Kristen Boothe is an experienced data analyst currently working at Stafford Communications Group since December 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a Workforce Management Data Analyst at Novartis, where Kristen conducted a system audit of NICE Workforce Management and enhanced employee satisfaction through effective scheduling features. At Choice Home Warranty, Kristen provided real-time analysis for a high-volume contact center, managing 93 agents across multiple locations. Kristen also served as Treasurer for the Family Readiness Group in the United States Army National Guard, assisting soldiers and their families. Additional expertise comes from a managerial role at LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell, overseeing phone and email system migrations and team performance, and from earlier experience as a Shift Supervisor at CVS Caremark Corporation. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Art from Saint Elizabeth University.
