Amber Hale is a Senior Contract Specialist at Stafford Consulting Company, Inc., since April 2022, following over two decades of service in the United States Air Force, where roles included Contracting Squadron Superintendent, Government Purchase Card Program Manager Level 3, Contracting Officer, and Information Manager.
