Shannon Wagner

Shannon Wagner possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Stafford County Government since April 2008, with prior roles including Acting Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Analyst, and Human Resources Technician within the same organization. Shannon’s career began as an Administrative Intern at Caroline County Virginia Government in early 2008 and included a Human Resources Intern position at Stafford County Government in late 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Richmond (2008-2011) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington (2006-2008), complemented by studies at the University of South Carolina (2003-2005).
