Stephanie Carter

Stephanie Carter is an accomplished educational leader currently serving as the Director of Career and Technical Education for Stafford County Public Schools since March 2024. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Executive Director of Madison House, a student volunteer organization affiliated with the University of Virginia, from June 2023 to March 2024. Stephanie also held the position of Director at the Charlottesville-Albemarle Technical Education Center from July 2019 to June 2023. Stephanie's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Longwood University, an Associate of Arts in General Studies and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Vance-Granville Community College, and additional studies at East Carolina University and Strayer University in Networking Technology.
