Karen Andrus-Hughes

Karen Andrus-Hughes has extensive experience in marketing and coaching, currently serving as the Masters Swim Coach at Stafford Hills Club since July 2017. Prior to this role, Andrus-Hughes held various marketing management positions at SR Smith, Northwest Hardwoods, Inc., and Weyerhaeuser from 2001 to 2020, as well as a product marketing specialist role at Louisiana Pacific Corporation. Early in the career, Andrus-Hughes gained valuable experience as an account manager and media planner/buyer at Gerber Advertising and Buntin Advertising. Educationally, Andrus-Hughes earned a BA in Journalism from Arizona State University between 1975 and 1978, building on foundational education from David Douglas High School from 1972 to 1975.
