Bill Zweir is an experienced Account Executive at Stafford-Smith, Inc. since April 2018, bringing a wealth of knowledge from previous roles. As General Manager at Charlie Browns Steakhouse from July 2009 to April 2018, Bill successfully tested a pilot program that streamlined management by overseeing two restaurants with a staff of 50 and 4 Assistant Managers. Bill's entrepreneurial spirit was exemplified as the Owner of The Crepe & Ribbon from January 2002 to August 2009, where an innovative concept combined a French market atmosphere with gourmet offerings. Bill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Home Economics with a focus on Food Service Management from Rowan University and an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from the Academy of Culinary Arts.
