Natalie Taylor

Natalie Taylor is the Head of Organisational Development at the University of Staffordshire since November 2022, previously serving as the Organisational Development and Engagement Manager at Capula from April 2020 to November 2022. With extensive experience in talent and organisational development, Natalie has held important roles including Learning and Development Advisor at Capula and Senior People Development Partner at Avara Foods, where strategic leadership and program evaluation were key responsibilities. Additional roles include Chair of the PTA at St Michael's First School, Leadership and Talent Partner at Friends Life UK, and several positions at AXA UK. Natalie's educational background includes a Level 7 Advanced Award in Organisation Design and Development from CIPD London and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Sussex.
